Sterts
Theatre, unlike that 'other' open air theatre, Sterts has a canopy
so that rain or shine the performance isn't spoiled. They have a full
programme throughout the summer. Only 15 minutes from the cottage. Near
Upton Cross on Bodmin moor.
Golitha
Falls and wood is at the lower end of the valley - 10 mins. from the cottages.
An ancient cornish woodland with river and falls, natural and beautiful (and
free!! - even the car park is free!.)
The
Famous Cheesewring a natural stone outcrop is on the moor 10 mins. away near
Liskeard.
The
Eden Project has become Cornwalls main visitor attraction, it is 30 minutes
from the cottages - door to door
Tintagel
Castle. Reputedly the home of the legendary King Arthur is on the north
coast which is 35 minutes away
